* If the card is not received from Unibank branches or received via courier delivery within 90 days, it will be automatically closed. To order a new card, the applicable fee must be paid again in accordance with the Bank’s current tariffs.

1. Cards issued within salary projects, as well as cards issued to depositors, are delivered free of charge.2. Cards issued within credit lines are delivered free of charge.
3. Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, Mastercard World Travel and Mastercard World Elite cards are delivered free of charge.
4. In case of remote renewal of a card’s validity period for clients who are residents of the Republic of Armenia, delivery is provided free of charge.
Delivery is not carried out in the following cases:
• the delivery address is located in a risk zone determined by the Bank or in a hard-to-reach location where delivery safety cannot be guaranteed;• the courier service is unable to contact the client, or the client refuses to receive the card at the agreed time;
• adverse weather conditions, road closures, or other emergency situations make safe transportation impossible.
*** Delivery is carried out by a courier service. The card and the PIN code are sent in sealed envelopes in strict compliance with security requirements.
In the event of any change to the delivery address at the client’s initiative, the applicable tariffs will apply, including in cases of free card delivery: within the Republic of Armenia - AMD 1.000; to EAEU countries - AMD 10.000; to other countries- AMD 25.000.
