UBPay money transfers can be made at Unibank branches and via the bank's mobile app - UNIMobile.

The fee is 0% if the currency of payment for the transfer differs from the payout currency, and 1% if the currency is not converted.
To make a money transfer, the sender should have:
- Passport, ID.
- The amount to be transferred and the fee to be paid.
The total amount of transfers made (sent/received) per person within a month should not exceed AMD 20 million or RUB 5 million. The amount of a single transfer should not exceed AMD 5 million or RUB 500 000.
The minimum amount of one transfer is AMD 1000, RUB 100.
In order to cancel a money transfer, a statement from the sender is required.
The transfer must be received within 6 months. The recipients can receive money transfers to bank accounts, cards or pick-up cash. The recipient must provide an ID, the identification number of the transfer and indicate the amount.

The procedure of money transfers via “INTELL EXPRESS” system
One should have a passport and an ID (military ID, in case of military service) in order to make or receive money transfer.If the sender wants to cancel the money transfer, they should present an application form on getting the transfer back.
If there were errors during the transfer, they are corrected within the following timeframes:
- in case of name change (done only according to the sender's application) - 10 minutes;
- in case of recall of funds (made only at the request of the sender) - up to 3 working day
The commission fee charged for Intel Express money transfers is refunded to the customer when:
a/ the transfer is returned to the sender on the same day as the transfer,b/ Unforeseen problems arise when receiving the transfer (for example, program failure, closure of the money transfer point, etc.).
In all other cases, the transfer is returned to the customer without any commission fee.
The customer receives an entry or exit receipt when making any transaction.
Money transfer by "Unibank" OJSC is done in the customer's preferred currency - AMD, USD, EUR or RUB. Money transfers in some countries are paid in accordance with the legislation of those countries. Monetary restrictions are possible in some countries - payment in national currency is possible.
The commission fee for money transfers via Intel Express to Ukraine, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Moldova and Tajikistan is only 1%, and they are also sent to cards produced by Ukrainian banks.

The bank is obliged to provide the customer with a receipt confirming the completion of each transfer.
The recipient of the transfer submits:- identification document
- unique transfer code
- sender’s name and surname
- transferred amount
Changes to the transfer requirements
It is made on the day of submitting the application for the change of requirements on the basis of the transferor's written application and identity document (in case of insignificant changes).
Cancellation and refund of the transfers
It is made on the day of submitting the application, without additional commission charges, on the basis of the sender’s cancellation application and passport, with the return of the transferred amount and commission. Money transfer may be received within 3 months. If the recipient does not show up at the bank within the specified period, the transfer will be returned to the sender. Only unpaid transfers are refunded.
