According to the decision of the Management Board of Unibank OJSC dated 09.12.2025, the following changes to client service tariffs will take effect as of 24.12.2025:

1. In Clause 2.2 of the section “Maintenance of Correspondent Accounts, Settlement Accounts of Other Financial Institutions (including Payment Systems), and Execution of Transfers from “Loro” Accounts”:

• The tariff for debiting funds from correspondent/settlement accounts in favor of correspondent banks/other financial institutions shall be set at AMD 3,000.
• A new sub-clause “In favor of clients of other — DEBT (OUR)” shall be introduced, establishing tariffs of AMD 3,000, RUB 120, and USD/EUR 30, accordingly.
• A new sub-clause “In favor of clients of other banks — CRED/SHAR (BEN/SHA)” shall be introduced, establishing tariffs of AMD 3,000 and RUB 120,accordingly.
• For USD/EUR transfers under the new sub-clause “In favor of clients of other banks -CRED/SHAR (BEN/SHA)”, the tariff shall be applied on a tiered basis, depending on the transaction amount:
  • 0–100 USD/EUR - no tariff applied
  • 100.01–1,000 USD/EUR - 15 USD/EUR
  • 1,000.01–25,000 USD/EUR - 30 USD/EUR
  • Over 25,000 USD/EUR - 50 USD/EUR

2. In Clause 2.8 of the section “SWIFT and Interbank Transfers,” the tariff for all resident “Privé” clients shall be set at USD 4,000, EUR 4,500, and RUB 2,500, accordingly.
